We want you to love your new jewelry, which is why we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for all unworn items. Please ensure pieces are returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original gorjana pouch and box to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
